Your Next Steps:
| Immediately | Take a selfie with your acceptance folder – Post it to Instagram @MWSUadmissions with #GoGriffs |
| Immediately | Visit campus if you haven’t already |
| Immediately | Activate your Goldlink student portal – Begin checking student email at least once a week |
| Immediately | Get ready to complete the FAFSA by setting up your FSA ID – One of your parents (if applicable) must also create an ID |
| Dec. – Feb. 1 | Complete the FAFSA – Missouri Western school code: 002490 |
| Oct. – Feb. 1 | Complete the competitive scholarship application |
| Beginning Nov. 1 | Submit your housing application and $50 deposit (if living on campus) |
| Beginning Nov. 1 | Complete the state-mandated electronic tuberculosis screening questionnaire |
| Beginning Nov. 1 | Submit your health and immunization paperwork (if living on campus) – Submit prior to moving into residence halls |
| Beginning mid-Dec. | Check the status of your financial aid application – Take action on any outstanding requirements |
| Beginning mid-Dec. | Review and accept your financial aid awards |
| Spring Registration |
Schedule an appointment now – Begin enrolling on Nov. 6 (7 a.m.). |
| Fall Registration | Beginning February 1 – Register for Transfer Student Orientation – Attend this orientation to connect with other Griffons, talk in person with an Advisor about classes, and ensure you are all set for the upcoming semester. Register in your Missouri Western Applicant Portal. – Can’t attend orientation? Access our Transfer Student Guide online through Canvas or the Canvas Student mobile application. |
