Transcripts and Transferring Credits
What are transcripts and how do I request them?
Transcripts are a student’s educational record of academic performance at MoWest. All students have access to unofficial transcripts on Goldlink. If students need official transcripts, they are $10.00 per copy (due when transcript request is submitted). Transcripts will not be released if a debt exists with the university.
Procedure:
- Missouri Western State University offers transcript ordering online through the National Student Clearinghouse. The link for this site, as well as information on procedures, cost and delivery methods can be found on the Registrar’s Office website: Transcript Requests
- For questions about the transcript request process, please call 1-816-271-4211.
How will I know if my credit will transfer?
Most ECA courses are built to transfer amongst institutions to aid students in their educational journey’s. Any institution that accepts MoWest credit for transfer should accept ECA dual credit/dual enrollment coursework. For specific information regarding the transferability of coursework, please contact the school to which you will be transferring the credit. You are also able to contact the ECA office for greater detail on how this process is handled and which courses should be pursued during your time in high school.
