Access and Compensation

As part of our commitment to transparency, we look to set up key stakeholders with access to provide greater access to your students. Grade checks, intervention reports, and attendance verification are just a few reasons we do this. Ultimately, our goal is to make it easier for you to monitor and support your students.

Additionally, as part of our belief in supporting those that work with and for us, we have various compensation models for our stakeholders that partner with ECA. Dual Credit Instructors, Facilitators, and Counselors receive compensation for their work with our program. This is set-up yearly and is secured through our Human Resources department.
