Career Interest Game

This game is designed to help you match your interests and skills with similar careers. It can help you see how your personality will fit with specific majors or occupations.

Imagine walking into a room in which people are already gathered into 6 different groups.

Read the description of each group and list the group you would be drawn to first, then second, and finally third. The first letter of each of the three categories you choose becomes your Holland Code. (e.g. if you chose SOCIAL, ENTERTRISING, ARTISTIC your code would be SEA).

Click on the ? Symbol above the categories to find out more information on majors at WESTERN, career possibilities and co-curricular activities that correspond to your strongest interest areas.

To further discuss your options, please make an appointment with the Career Development Center, Eder Hall Suite 202, 816.271.4205.
