Many student unions are susceptible to being renovated over time and end up becoming confusing places. Over time they experience poorly matched spaces with functions and miss-matched finishes and quality of materials. We seek to address this is through a facility master plan that can guide smaller renovations to be completed within a broader design thereby allowing for financial flexibility while not losing sight of the main goals and objectives the building is trying to serve.
