BULLETIN BOARD POLICY
Bring your printed posters to Blum 207 with a completed Posting and Publicity Request Form (LINK TO INTRANET) by noon on Monday or Thursday of the week of desired posting.
Posters will stay up for 2 weeks or until the date of the event, whichever comes first. If a department or organization wishes to have posters up longer than 2 weeks, prior approval must be requested and granted by the Assistant Dean of Student Development.
Our staff will stamp the posters, hang up the posters, and then remove the posters once the event has passed or the end date has been reached.
Posters cannot be larger than 11″x17″.
