2020 Census Day is April 1. The census is based on where you are living on April 1. This means that your student should submit the census at Missouri Western if they are living on campus, or in St. Joseph if they are living in town. The census can be completed online, using your smartphone, over the phone, filling out a paper form, or responding to a census enumerator.
