Dr. Kaye Adkins, professor and assistant chair of English and Modern Languages, received the 2019 Distinguished Service Award from the Council for Programs in Technical and Scientific Communication (cptsc.org), the major national organization in technical communication for program administrators and directors. Dr. Adkins is the long-time treasurer for the organization and received recommendations from distinguished faculty across the country.
