Congratulations to Col. Grace Link ’92, the first woman to lead the Missouri Veterans Commission as executive director. Col. Link was presented with Missouri Western’s Engineering Technology Excellence Award in March. Link lived in St. Joseph for more than 30 years, earning a bachelor’s degree in engineering technology from Missouri Western. Since December 2015, Link has been the Missouri Air National Guard’s chief of staff.
