The Strategic Plan Steering Committee guides the development, creation and implementation of the next strategic plan for Missouri Western. This process includes
- Conducting a comprehensive environmental analysis identifying areas of excellence, avenues for growth and external challenges.
- Gathering feedback from stakeholders regarding the future direction and actions of Missouri Western State University.
- Using the results of the analysis and feedback to develop the next strategic plan.
