Move-In can be both a fun and stressful time for everyone. Please review the information thoroughly for instructions on the move-in process for the Spring 2023 Semester. After move-in, students are encouraged to attend the many events within the first weeks of school.

New Students

  • Move-In is January 14 and 15 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Please check in at your building.
  • You must be enrolled in courses, have submitted your Meningococcal immunization records to Esry Health Center, and completed the Tuberculosis (TB) screening questionnaire before receiving your keys.

Returning Students

  • Move-In is January 14 and 15
  • Your keys will be turned back on to allow entry at this time.
  • You must be enrolled in courses to return to your hall.

Please use the main campus entrance “Ronald Reed, Jr Way” or “SE University Dr.” off of Mitchell Ave. to access Juda, Beshears, Leaverton & Vaselakos. Use 50th street off of Mitchell Ave. to access Vartabedian & Scanlon Halls.

Please be respectful of marked parking spaces for physical plant, dining services, and accessible parking.  These will all be monitored throughout move-in.

A limited number of dollies and carts will be available at each building. We still recommend bringing your own if you have one!
