Western Warm-up is the annual vendor fair sponsored by the Center for Student Involvement that gives you the chance to showcase your business or organization to students on Aug. 26, the first day of classes.
By registering your organization you will receive one table and space on the Kelley Commons lawn (outside the Blum Student Union) with two chairs. You may ask for electricity for your booth on the registration form. Register now!
Please be aware, this is not a fundraising opportunity, and no cash/credit card transactions are allowed. This is solely an advertising event. You are encouraged to bring pamphlets, hand-outs, information packets, giveaways and other such items to promote your organization.
The event will run from 11 a,m. to 1 p.m. on Aug. 26. You may begin setting up at 10 a.m.
Once registered, you will receive updates/reminders throughout the summer for back-up weather plans and other information.
