Missouri Western is once again offering two opportunities for summer fun in June: Children’s Lifetime Sports Academy (CLSA) and Adventure Sports Academy (ASA).
CLSA is for ages 8-12, and the Adventure Sports Academy is for sixth- through eight-graders. Both camps will be held 1:30-5:15 p.m. June 3-7. The Adventure Sports Academy includes an overnight experience Thursday evening to Friday morning.
CLSA activities include canoeing, archery, gun safety, swimming, bowling, golf and fishing. Some ASA activities include scuba diving, regatta races and a high ropes course. Camp cost is $85 for CLSA and $170 for ASA, with a $10 discount for Missouri Western employees. There is also a discount for the second child in the same family. There will be free snow cones every day for the campers.
