Because of the popularity of this event, we offer two times – 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. The event will be held on Monday, Feb. 18 (Presidents Day) at the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, 3715 Frederick Blvd., in St. Joseph.
