| Attorneys and Legal Studies students will help individuals fill out the proper paperwork so that they can file pro se (which means on your own and represent yourselves in court) for name and gender marker changes. They may be able to pair some people with attorneys for representation in some cases.
They will discuss the process with you and help you draft the paperwork on a computer. They also have forms that help with requesting other documents to be updated, such as a driver license. |
