Join the Missouri Western community for Servicepalooza, four service opportunities throughout the month of April. To register, click here.

April 5 – Griffs-Give-Back-A-Thon

Campus Cupboard is a place where students in need can come pick up free food, and Pop Up Closet allows students to have free, gently used clothing! Volunteers will clean out the Campus Cupboard to ensure there are no expired items, and will fold and sort Pop Up Closet clothes to be donated over the summer.

April 8 – #Lunchbag, 10-1 p.m., Blum Lobby
Volunteers will be making bagged lunches to be donated to the Interserv Food Pantry in St. Joseph.

April 13 – Volunteer for Run/Walk for the Paws, 8 a.m. – 12 p.m., 2500 Southwest Parkway.

The Friends of the Animal Shelter are holding a 5K run/walk to raise money for the St. Joseph Animal Control and Rescue. Volunteers will be traffic guards and work in groups of two.

If you would like to participate in the 5K instead of volunteering for it, sign up here.

April 22 – Earth Day Campus Cleanup, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Kelly Commons
Help beautify the Missouri Western campus! Volunteers can drop in for as little as 15 minutes to help pick up trash, paint crosswalks, and make campus beautiful. Look for Max the Griffon and the blue Servicepalooza sign!
