Employee Offboarding Tool Kit
The following is a standardized offboarding tool kit that must be completed for all staff, faculty, adjunct, part-time, and administration who end their employment, whether through resignation, retirement, end of contract, or transfer.
The tool kit provides the steps a supervisor and the employee need to complete in order for the employee to officially exit from the department. This tool kit includes important Human Resources information and departmental logistics. Following the steps outlined in the tool kit will facilitate the transition of the employee from active employment to their departure date.
