A mental health event aimed at creating a common language among demographics. This event is designed to explore trauma and mental health looking through various perspectives of society. This event will consist of 5 various sectors within the St. Joseph community (Corrections, Ethnicity, Business, Education, and Mental health) providing viewpoints on topics of ethnic backgrounds, personal, professional and clinical experiences in relation to mental health, tips and advice for people struggling to cope with day to day stressor, as well as discuss the correlation between psychological pain tolerance and how it relates to a person’s mental health.
