Missouri Western’s Purchasing Office is extending an invitation for a formal revenue bid on the nine different sections of land for cutting hay. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 15 in the Physical Plant breakroom on the west campus. All questions will be answered at this meeting and more detail will be given about the sections.
The bids will need to be mailed or delivered by 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 22 to be considered. To have a packet mailed, contact Kelly Sloan at (816) 271-4464 or email her at purchase@missouriwestern.edu. It is also available on Missouri Western’s purchasing web site under Current Bids.
