A variety of internships and job shadowing opportunities are available.  These are generally available to students who are in at least their sophomore year.  Students seeking to engage in an internship must have completed Organic Chemistry and Quantitative Analysis.

Medical Lab Science Students

Contact the Medical Lab Science Program Director, Dr. Natalie Mikita, to set up a job shadowing opportunity in a local clinical laboratory.  Job shadowing is highly recommended prior to your clinical rotation year.
