Prospective MBA students must meet one of the following criteria:

Students must have a Bachelor’s degree with:

  1. an overall GPA of 3.0 (or higher) OR
  2. an overall GPA of 2.75 (or higher) with a 3.0 (or higher) in the last 60 hours

In addition to the above GPA requirements, one of the following must be met:

  1. completion of AACSB accredited business courses in the areas of accounting, finance, management, marketing, and statistics OR
  2. a GMAT score (or GRE equivalent) of 450 or higher OR
  3. completion of any required MWSU online bridging modules

Additionally:

International applicants who are non-native speakers of English must pass Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a minimum score of 79 on the internet-based test or a receive 6.0 academic IELTS score unless they possess a baccalaureate degree from a college or university in which instruction is given in English. Tests taken more than two (2) years prior to the date of application cannot be accepted.

The General Business concentration is offered onsite as well as online. The online option is a one year accelerated program.

Life and Animal Science Concentration

Concentration Requirements
Nine credit hours of CHE, ILS, or BIO courses chosen in consultation with an advisor9
Total credit hours9

Graduation Requirements

  1. Filing an approved Application for Graduation.
  2. Satisfactory completion of all required coursework as listed on the approved Program of Study.
  3. Earn a minimum overall GPA of 3.0, with no more than 6 credit hours of C in all required coursework.
  4. Official approval of required Master Educator Experience (or capstone).
