This program was uniquely created for team leads, supervisors and managers who are new to budgeting and/or reading and understanding financial statements. Participants in this workshop are highly involved throughout each session with case studies, individual and team participation, as well as games, all designed to enhance the financial concepts and objectives of the program. The program will teach participants common accounting terminology and application, differences between balance sheets, P&Ls and cash flow statements, important ratios to utilize, the fraud prevention triangle, understanding audit opinions, and more. The ultimate goal is that each participant is able to read, understand and make informed, knowledgeable decisions from creating or viewing a budget or financial statement.
