
Acting for the Camera
Ideal for ages 7 to 15. This camp takes place Monday – Friday, June 9 – 13, 2025 from 8 AM to 12 PM each day. The fee to attend is $125.
Children will learn the differences between acting for theater versus acting for video. They’ll get to practice acting in front of a video camera, create a script for a commercial, then act out the commercial. Parents can watch the commercial on the last day of camp.

Self-Defense for Kids
Ideal for kids ages 7-12. This camp takes place Friday, June 20, 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The fee to attend is $25.
This will be an empowering workshop designed with fun in mind! Children will learn age-appropriate content including the importance of being aware of their surroundings, how to project confidence, to trust their intuition and role-playing both verbal and physical self-defense tactics. Parents are welcome to stay and watch.
Prestige Martial Arts will teach this workshop and is generously donating 2-weeks of free classes to ALL participants. Additionally, they’ll have fun giveaways during the workshop.

Junior Police & Fire Academy
Ideal for kids ages 7-12. This camp takes place Monday, June 23, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The fee to attend is $35.
During this 4-hour event, children will:
- Speak with real, friendly police and fire officers and learn why we have them and what a typical day looks like for them.
- Have fun learning to fingerprint and handcuff each other.
- Drive a police car simulator.
- Get in a fire truck and police car, and lots more!

3D Printing For Fun
Ideal for ages 12-17. This camp takes place Monday -Friday, June 23 – 27, 2025 from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM each day. The fee to attend is $299.
Limited scholarships are available upon request courtesy of TS Conard Technology Solutions, Inc.
Children will learn how to:
- Safely use 3D printers
- Understand 3D basic design using Legos
- Use 3D software
- Finish a printed product that they can take home!
This camp is for English and Spanish speakers.

For Older Adults: Preventing Fraud & Scams
Don’t be a victim! June 30, 2025 from 10 AM to 11:30 AM. $10 fee.
According to the FBI, in 2024, people age 60+ lost $2.4 Billion dollars due to fraud. This workshop will help older adults, age 60+, to safely navigate the internet on both their computer and their cell phone.
Topics covered will include:
- Safeguarding your credit cards, debit cards and bank account information.
- How to spot bogus texts & phone calls.
- Social media scams & shielding personal information.
- Online shopping.
- How to spot email scams.
- Differentiating between legitimate news & paid advertisements online.
- Dozens of tips on how to remain tech savvy & safe.
Participants will receive a TIPS handout to take home with them.
