MWSU Business Office and Financial Aid policies: PLWP scholarship funds will be applied and bills will be adjusted after registration is complete and the course is finalized. PLWP will notify students when the scholarship funds have posted to a student’s account. Questions regarding billing should be directed to the MWSU Business Office or Office of Financial Aid. Failure to pay the account in full or enroll in the payment plan by the due date will result in a late fee of $100. It is the responsibility of the student to notify the Registrar’s Office in writing, if attendance plans change. Failure to do so will result in the student being assessed grades for all courses and full financial obligation for tuition and fees. Students who are enrolled but have decided not to attend must formally withdraw from all classes before school starts or they will be required to pay for those classes. Students who wish to drop a course must do prior to the end of the first week of classes in order to receive a refund.
