Brady Rabatin ’08 chose Missouri Western’s Health Information Management (HIM) program as a nontraditional student looking to make a career change. “I was able to continue to work full time and support my family while attending school because the program is offered all online,” Rabatin said. He believes that Missouri Western’s HIM program prepared him well for the national credentialing exam and to begin working “for two of the largest employers in the state of Missouri.”
There are a small number of candidates for HIM positions across the nation, and a large population of operational managers and directors retiring. “The timing is great to join the profession of Health Information Management by completing the HIM program at Missouri Western!”
