The Graduate Certificate in Leadership Studies takes a multidisciplinary approach to leadership training in a variety of contexts in social life.

The origin of the program is in the social sciences, humanities, professional fields, and applied disciplines. It aims to prepare graduate students for governance, guidance, and directorship positions in various capacities in the labor force.
The Leadership Studies program is designed to yield informed advisors and policy makers, who:
- can stay abreast of the demands of new technologies
- are successful in navigating the challenges of an ever-changing work environment
- lead employees toward satisfactory output and high performance
- effectively manage and solve work related problems.
Qualified applicants will have earned an undergraduate bachelor’s (or master’s) degree from an accredited institution.
Undergraduate GPA of 2.75 or higher on a 4.0 scale
Transcripts of all previously completed university level work – both undergraduate and graduate, if applicable
