“Being at Missouri Western feels like a second home to me,” Carrie Hillebrand said. “The chemistry department has been my home for many years and all of the professors there have helped me so much by supporting, teaching, and giving me feedback.
“Everything I have today I owe to them, because none of the things I am today would have been possible without them. Everyone in that department, especially Dr. Ducey, has raised me into the person I have always wanted to be. I am so grateful for everything they have done for me.”
