The purpose of the Purchasing Department is to provide purchasing
services to all campus departments.
Services
- Provide goods and services to the right department, for the
best price in a timely manner.
- Monitor all departmental budgets.
- Keep adept to Missouri
State Purchasing & Regulations, as
well as Rules & Regulations set forth by Missouri Division
of Labor Standards.
- Process invoices for payment promptly in
order for Missouri Western to benefit from all available discounts.
