The Potter Art Gallery at Missouri Western State University will host an exhibition titled “Do You Copy? An Exhibition of Reproducible Art from The Hand Magazine” from Jan. 12 through Feb. 15. An opening reception, open to the public, is scheduled from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 16.

The Hand Magazine is dedicated to being the world’s premier forum for innovative and experimental use of reproduction-based media, publishing works that reflect how artists include their own hand in the art object while utilizing mechanical or reproduction-based techniques. The exhibition is curated by James Meara and Adam Finkelston.

The exhibition features artwork by the following artists: BJ Alumbaugh, Shane Balkowitsch, Diana Bloomfield, Ruben Bryan Castillo, Rebecca Clews, Sean Culver, Lindsey Beal, Meghan Boilard, Daniel Coburn, Troy Colby, Brian Culbertson, DebiLynn Fendley, Brittonie Fletcher, Rebecca Foley, Kate Horvat, Brian Lane, Kathy Liao, Rodolfo Marron III, Stephanie Mote, Nicholas Naughton, Zackary Petot, Michelle Rozic, Ricardo Ruiz, Patti Russotti, Christopher Schneberger, Cintia Segovia, Mohamed Zakaria Soltan, Robert Thompson, Heinrich Toh, Dominique Vitali, Melanie Walker, Yishu Wang, Marydorsey Wanless, Brady Wilks, and Rebecca Zeiss.
