Missouri Western State University will hold a tasting of Spanish “tapas,” or appetizers, at 3 p.m. Thursday, April 10 in Blum Student Union rooms 222-223. The tasting is free and open to the public.

Missouri Western Spanish students will prepare authentic Spanish appetizers for people to sample. Participants will learn about the history of tapas and their place in the Mediterranean diet while listening to popular Spanish music.
