The Department of Music and the School of Fine Arts at Missouri Western State University present the Missouri Western Orchestra in concert at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 9 in the Potter Hall Theater. General admission is $5, or $3 for senior citizens and those with Missouri Western IDs.

The orchestra will perform “The Carnival of the Animals” by Saint-Saens. The concert will feature piano faculty members Dr. Matt Edwards and Dr. Nathanael May. The concert will include the Overture to “The Creatures of Prometheus” by Beethoven, Symphony No. 6 “Le Matin” by Haydn, and works by Mozart, Dellus and Dello Joio.
