The Career Development Center at Missouri Western State University will sponsor a Health/Science Job and Internship Fair on Tuesday, Oct. 30. Employers who would like to participate should register online at www.missouriwestern.edu/careerdevelopment/fairs.asp by Friday, Oct. 19.

“This event will provide employers an opportunity to identify motivated students in Missouri Western’s nursing, physical therapist assistant, health informatics, chemistry and biology programs who are seeking jobs and internships,” said Donnell Turner, director of career development. “The fair gives employers an excellent opportunity to gain visibility on campus and maximize their recruiting efforts.”

The cost for employers to participate is $100, or $50 for nonprofit organizations. The registration fee includes an eight-foot table, table cloth, signage, lunch for two recruiters and advertisement in the fair program. The job fair will be held 1-3 p.m. Oct. 30 in the Fulkerson Center on the Missouri Western campus.
