Chemistry Laboratory Technician Pre-Apprenticeship Certificate
When you enter the Chemistry Laboratory Technician Program, you will set yourself on a direct path to a career as a laboratory technician. You will start by completing 14 credit hours and earning the pre-apprenticeship certificate. Then, you will apply for a part- or full-time, paid apprenticeship position. Once you complete the 2,000 hours of on-the-job training and meet apprenticeship competencies, you will receive a certificate of completion. You will then be ready to enter the workforce or continue toward degree completion.
