Feb. 4, 2022–Missouri Western State University today named the search committee for the next director of athletics.
Nine individuals will serve on the committee:
- Chris Dunn (Chair), Chief of Staff
- Zach Anderson – Men’s Basketball Student-athlete
- Dr. Regan Dodd, Faculty Athletics Representative and Chair of Health, Sport and Exercise Science
- George Hudson, Director of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion
- Dr. Joel Hyer, Dean of the College of Liberal Arts
- Emilee McGowan – Volleyball Student-athlete
- Kim Sigrist, Director of the Center for Service and Gold Coat Board member
- Matt Thrasher, Missouri Western Foundation Board member
- Matt Williamson, Head Football Coach
Collegiate Consulting will assist Missouri Western with the search. The goal is to bring top candidates to campus for interviews in March, with an anticipated start date in May.
