Blue Diamond Ventures Doubles Down on Innovation and Licensing

New Hemp Research Laboratory in St. Joseph, Missouri will host Robotics Project

Harvest 360 Labs Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of BLDV, has signed an agreement to establish a hemp R&D laboratory inside the Christopher S. “Kit” Bond Science and Technology Incubator, located on the campus of Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, Missouri.

“I would like to thank Missouri Western for their collaborative initiatives in the agricultural space,” said Todd Scattini, president of H360 Labs, chairman of BLDV, and leader of the R&D vision of the entire BLDV group. “This is a real game changer,” continued Scattini. “Puerto Rico is still the goal for the headquarters of the H360 Labs effort; however this will support the exciting work we are doing in Missouri and Kansas with multiple projects ready to launch in this new lab space.”

“Robotics and automation are a high priority for this lab” said Josh Alper, chief technology officer for H360 Labs Inc, and CEO of BLDV, “The innovation created in these lab spaces is the IP that is at the core of our business model that will be offered to clients that adopt our programs, through licensing or royalty agreements.”

“This is another important step in developing the Athena Protocol, our strategy to mitigate and treat traumatic brain injuries and chronic traumatic encephalopathy,” Scattini said. “The network of individuals and companies, both non-profit and profit, which are now involved in this effort is starting to drive some real progress toward our core goal of positive patient outcomes.”

“Harvest 360 is not only an exciting business opportunity, it’s a great cultural fit for Missouri Western,” said Dr. Elizabeth Kennedy, Missouri Western president. “Like us, they are committed to positive social change, community impact and innovation. I look forward to the possibility of our students and faculty having the opportunity to engage with them in a variety of real-world learning opportunities.”

“The robotics and technology that Harvest 360 is bringing to our Incubator is very exciting,” said Dr. Gary Clapp, director of the Bond Incubator. “I’m excited to see how this company will grow.”
