The Western Activities Council at Missouri Western State University presents country music artist Angie Keilhauer live in concert at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 8 in the Kemper Recital Hall, Spratt Hall room 101. The concert is free and open to the public.

Keilhauer quit her job at an auto-salvage yard five years ago and took a contract as a full-time musician on a cruise ship. Since stepping off that ship six months later, she’s been a touring professional, averaging 17 to 20 live shows a month. She has produced two original top 5 albums and was a contestant on NBC’s “The Voice” in 2016. Keilhauer was recently featured in Rolling Stone Country as one of their “10 New Country Artists You Need to Know.”
