The Faculty Brass Quintet from the Department of Music at Missouri Western State University will perform in the next MWSU Midday Melodies concert at 12:15 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20 in the Blum Student Union Food Court. The concert is free and open to the public.

Midday Melodies features monthly performances by student and faculty ensembles. The Student Government Association will provide free snacks for students while supplies last.

Following the Brass Quintet performance, there will be four more concerts in the series:

  • Dec. 11 – Fountain City Chamber Players Holiday Showcase
  • Feb. 26 – Golden Griffon Pep Band
  • March 25 – Percussion Ensemble
  • April 29 – Chamber Singers

When weather allows, the series will be held at Kelley Commons, the patio area just outside Blum Union.
