The Office of International Student Recruitment & Student Services and the Center for Student Involvement at Missouri Western State University are hosting a discussion titled “Unveiling Truth Behind the Colorful Scarves’ at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18 in Spratt Hall, room 203. The event is free and open to the public.

The panel discussion will feature five Muslim women from three different countries who will share their experiences and challenges wearing the coverings traditional to their culture. It is part of the Global Hot Topic series.
