The strength and conditioning class in the Department of Health, Physical Education and Recreation at Missouri Western State University and Phi Epsilon Kappa, the HPER majors’ club, will sponsor a Lift-A-Thon at 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 8 in the Baker Family Fitness Center. The cost is $5 for Missouri Western students and $10 for everyone else.

Participants must be 18 or older and can register on-site. There will be medals for winners and all participants will be entered in a drawing for prizes.

Weight classes will be calculated using the Schwartz formula for men and the Malone formula for women.
