The training will prepare those who would like to participate in Equality Day. It will include the discrimination issues faced by LGBTQ persons in employment and housing, bullying in school, the legislative agenda and how to advocate in the legislature in general. The training is not required to participate in Equality Day. It will be recorded for those who can’t attend.
