Under General, delete your cookies. click on delete. Also, make sure that your pop-up blocker is off.<br \/>\n2. Under Security, click on default level.<br \/>\n3. Under Advanced, click on restore advanced settings.<br \/>\n4. Under Security, highlight Trusted site zone, click on custom level. Go down to the downloads area and click on enable for each download oval.<br \/>\n5. If you have yahoo toolbar, please remove this. (known defect)<br \/>\n6. If you have google toolbar or desktop, please remove this. (known defect)<br \/>\n6a. If you have MSN toolbar or desktop, please remove this. (known defect)<br \/>\n6b. Clearing java Cache (within control panel) General Tab, click on settings under temporary files\u2013uncheck the (keep temporary files on my computer).<\/p>\n<p>7. Scenario:<br \/>\n\u2013 Banner quits unexpectedly<br \/>\n\u2013 Upon opening Banner IE freezes and when you click on more details it shows that there was a problem with jvm.dll<\/p>\n<p>Solution 1:<br \/>\nNOTE: If you don\u2019t have a java folder- download\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oracle.com\/technetwork\/java\/javasebusiness\/downloads\/java-archive-downloads-javase6-419409.html\">Java Download \u2013 Runtime Environment 6u45<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you already have java folder or don\u2019t have java folder\u2013either way, please continue with steps 1 thru 6<\/p>\n<p>Step 1: Quit all IE windows<br \/>\nStep 2: Navigate to C:Program FilesJavajre*latest version*binclient<br \/>\nStep 3: Copy the file jvm.dll<\/p>\n<p>Banner will not work with the latest jvm.dll copied to the Oracle folder. If you have updated your java do not copy the jvm.dll.
