The Staff Association believes in assisting its members when unexpected hardships occur. Examples of hardships include: flooding, house fire, severe or terminal illness, loss of spousal job, etc.
Use this application to request assistance. Applicant will be notified to confirm receipt of application. The Advantage Committee will review the application within two weeks of submission. If approved, a request for assistance will be sent to all Staff Association members. Applicant has the option to remain anonymous.
