\nJoin us for the opening of Rediscovered Treasures, an art exhibit featuring work by former MoWest students and faculty members. <\/div><\/div>9\/11 Tribute Stair Climb<\/h2><\/div>September 11, 2026<\/strong><\/span>
\nOn the 25th Anniversary of 9\/11, the Center for Military and Veteran Services will be hosting a Memorial Stair Climb inside Spratt Stadium. Participants will climb 110 flights of stairs and honor the victims, first responders, and heroes of 9\/11.<\/p>\nThis event begins at 8 a.m. and is open to the public. Join us in reflecting and remembering the events of September 11, 2001.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Klaver joins us from North Central Missouri College, where he served as president since May 2016. One of those events was being a part of the official Class of 2030 photo, where 545 of our first-year students were invited to be a part of the final shot on the field at Spratt Stadium.<\/p>\n<\/div>
<\/div><\/div>General Application Opens October 1<\/h2><\/div>Mark your calendar, the MoWest General Scholarship Application opens on October 1st. This one scholarship application goes to over 250 different scholarships at Missouri Western State University. The application allows your Griffon to be considered for one of the many generous scholarships at MoWest.<\/p>\n
The application will open October 1, 2026 and will close April 1, 2027. Submit your application early and be one step ahead of starting at MoWest.<\/p>\n<\/div>
