A Safe Return to Campus

The halls reopen for students on Saturday, January 16 at 9:00 am by appointment only. Classes resume on Tuesday, January 19. Students must sign-up for a check-in appointment at http://www.calendly.com/jmaples2. Before students return to their rooms, they must check-in with a staff member at their assigned time.

Steps for a successful check-in!

  • During your assigned time, go to your building’s lobby or the Commons Building for Juda/Beshears

  • Complete your COVID-19 screening with a staff member

  • Receive your keys from a staff member after passing your screening

  • Move belongings into your room

What if I do not pass the COVID-19 screening?

We ask that all students continue monitoring themselves for symptoms before their arrival on campus. However, if you return to campus and display symptoms, you will need to get tested for COVID-19. Testing is available in St. Joseph and will soon be available at the Esry Student Health Center.

You will be required to quarantine in your assigned room until you receive your results. Meal service will be available for those students in quarantine.

COVID-19 Screening

  • Your temperature will be taken.

  • Do you have a fever, cough, shortness of breathing, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle aches, sore throat, vomiting, diarrhea, or a new loss of taste or smell?

  • In the last 14 days have you had close contact with a laboratory confirmed COVID-19 individual?

  • Have you been tested for COVID-19 in the last 10 days?
