The Griffon Orientation (GO) program is where students will learn about the essentials of navigating campus and enroll for classes. GO also features a variety of topics that help students prepare for the semester. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have redesigned our progam into a two-part orientation experience. Each student will be required to complete an online orientation module prior to their virtual GO date. The combined experiences will cover:
– Advisement/Registration with your Academic Department
– Residential Life/Esry Student Health Center
– Student Involvement
– Financial Aid and Payment Processes
– Campus Safety
Once you know the basics, you will meet with a faculty member from your intended major and learn about the program requirements and expectations. You will then have a one-on-one advising session to finalize your class schedule for Fall 2020.
Be sure to review the Before Orientation page to ensure you don’t miss any important “next steps.”
