Missouri Western State University will post current Invitations for Bid\/Requests for Proposals\/Requests for Qualifications and\/or Formal Revenue Bids below. These bid opportunities are available to any vendor\/supplier interested in providing the requested commodity and\/or service. The University reserves the right to post or not post any or all bids to this site.<\/p>\n

Bids are posted to this website along with any Addenda with the exception of Construction Bids. The public advertisement for Construction Bids will be posted below and will contain the necessary instructions.\u00a0 It will be the responsibility of the Vendor to check this website. If the vendor would like to receive any Addenda published at the time of posting to this website, the vendor must submit a Notice of Intent to Respond<\/a><\/strong>. This form must be submitted prior to the bid opening date to the Purchasing Department.<\/p>\n

The available bids can be opened by clicking on the appropriate link. The vendor will be responsible to download any posted bid opportunities.
