The forums are free and open to the public.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates for mayor and the two open at-large city council seats have been invited to participate in the Tuesday forum. Candidates for the four contested district city council races have been invited to participate in Thursday\u2019s forum.<\/p>\n<p>Each candidate will be permitted two-minute opening and closing statements.
