The presentation is free and open to the public.<\/p>\n<p>Georges Auguste Escoffier was a French chef and culinary writer of the early 20<sup>th<\/sup> century whose writing and techniques remain influential today. Live on stage, Marty Skomal&#8217;s performance delves into the gossip and backstory of the restaurants, recipes and private lives of the famous people in the time of Escoffier\u2019s France and Europe.<\/p>\n<p>The show lasts 45 minutes, and is in English. Treats will be provided before and after the performance.
