Traditional Brazilian culture will be featured as the Center for Multicultural Education at Missouri Western State University presents Brazil Cultura at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19 in the Fulkerson Center on Missouri Western\u2019s campus. The event is free and open to the public.<\/p>\n
Brazil Cultura features a band and traditional costumed samba dancers. During the performance, group members will tell the audience about the costumes, the movements of the dancers and the history of the dance.<\/p>\n
In addition, Aramark, Missouri Western\u2019s food service provider, will offer a sampling of Brazilian food. Featured items include churrasco (barbecued pork), pao de queijo (cheese bread) and suco tropical (punch).<\/p>\n
