The celebration is free and open to the public.<\/p>\n<p>This is the first time Missouri Western has held a Holi celebration. The day\u2019s events will include dancing, singing and throwing of powder paint.<\/p>\n<p>The Festival of Colors is sponsored by International Student Services, the Graduate School, and Days Inn.<\/p>\n<p><em>Missouri Western State University is a comprehensive regional university providing a blend of traditional liberal arts and professional degree programs.
